Between 17–19 May 2026, representatives of OMCL PIWet-PIB – Dr Katarzyna Pasik and Dr Ilona Materek – participated in the 31st OMCL Annual Meeting in Belgrade, Serbia. The conference, organized by EDQM under the theme “Together for better health for all”, brought together more than 250 experts from around the world responsible for the quality control of medicinal products used in both human and veterinary medicine.

During the meeting, Dr Katarzyna Pasik presented a report on the activities of the Polish OMCL laboratory and delivered a presentation prepared jointly with Prof. Marcin Smreczak entitled: “Update on the issue with the thermostability of rabies live oral vaccines Lysvulpen and Rabadrop from Bioveta and decision on next steps.”

The conference provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, showcase achievements, and establish international collaborations. We are pleased that OMCL PIWet-PIB is recognized as a valued and respected partner on the international stage, as confirmed by numerous discussions regarding cooperation and expert support.
