WOAH Laboratories (World Organisation for Animal Health)

An important element of the functioning of national reference laboratories is continuous contact and cooperation with the European Union Reference Laboratories (EURL) and the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) Reference Laboratories.

At the National Veterinary Research Institute, there are four WOAH reference laboratories:

1. WOAH Reference Laboratory for Classical Swine Fever

2. WOAH Reference Laboratory for Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome

3. WOAH Reference Laboratory for Enzootic Bovine Leukosis

4. WOAH Reference Laboratory for Q Fever
